Form One Admission

Registration date: 11th – 12th July (9 a.m. – 12.30 p.m.; 2 p.m. – 4p.m.)

Students who have been allocated to our school should come to our school to register with their parents / guardian during the registration period.

Please bring along the following things for registration:

1. two student photos (write both your Chinese and English name on the back of the photos)
2. student’s HKID card
3. allocation slip and admission slip
4. proof of English address (e.g. water or electricity bill)

Other things to note:

1. Please fill in the student particulars by clicking the link below and completing it before registration. The completed form should be submitted and returned it to our school on the registration day.

2. Ordering summer uniform and PE uniform (not necessary to pay the deposit when ordering it).
   Students can buy cardigan on the registration day, please pay by cash.
3. Application for F.1 Summer Bridging Courses (Day: from 12 to 16, and 19 to 20 August, 2024) (Please make your cheque payable to “The IMC of TWGHS WONG FUT NAM COLLEGE” with the amount of $606)
   No cash is accepted.

★ It takes around 1 hour 30 minutes to complete the registration.

註冊日期：7月11日及12日(上午9:00至下午12:30及下午2:00至4:00)

獲派往本校的中一新生須與家長或監護人一同前往本校註冊。

中一新生須帶備以下文件：

1. 帶備學生相片(2張) (相片背後請寫上中文及英文姓名)
2. 學生身份証正本
3. 入學註冊證及派位證
4. 英文住址証明(如水、電費單等)

其他注意事項：

1. 註冊前，請於以下連結填妥網上學生資料表，填妥後需下載列印並於註冊日交回本校。

2. 訂購夏季校服及運動服 (不需繳付訂金)。如需訂購毛衫，請帶備現金即場購買。
3. 中一新生中英數暑期銜接課程(日期由8月12日至16日及19日至20日)
   報名須知:
   (請帶備支票付款，費用為$606，支票抬頭：東華三院黃笏南中學法團校董會) (不收取現金)
