TWGHs Student Ambassadors Programme 2025
From 24 October to 2 November 2025, Form 5 students Liu Ching Nam James and Leung Po Hong Cedric participated in the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Student Ambassadors Germany Tour. The delegation, led by the Chairman of Tung Wah Group of Hospitals, Mr. Orlando Ho, and accompanied by members of the Board of Directors, visited Berlin, Dresden, Weimar and Munich.
The delegation visited several significant institutions, including the Chinese Embassy in Germany, the Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (ETO) in Berlin, and the Bank of China’s (BOC) Berlin Branch. To further broaden their global perspective, the students also engaged in academic exchanges with faculty and students from prestigious universities, including Ludwig Maximilian University (LMU) of Munich and Bauhaus University Weimar.
Furthermore, the itinerary included visits to renowned cultural landmarks such as the German Reichstag Building, Sanssouci Palace in Potsdam, the Volkswagen Glass Factory and the BMW Museum. These diverse experiences provided a multifaceted understanding of local culture and prompted deep reflection on war and peace.
