The TWGHs Flag Day 2026
The TWGHs Flag Day 2026, held on 19 August, was a remarkable success. Our dedicated students raised funds from generous members of the public across various districts, highlighting the essential role of the Tung Wah Group of Hospitals in the community while gaining invaluable real-life learning experiences.
This charity drive bridged classroom knowledge with real-world application, enabling students to refine their adaptability and communication skills in diverse settings. Through the experience, they also learned to appreciate and respect a variety of perspectives. The insights and skills acquired will provide a solid foundation for organising and participating in future community work.
Participation further strengthened our students’ sense of identity as members of TWGHs. The event concluded with a profound sense of gratitude, pride and fulfilment, serving as a poignant reminder of the vital role that community solidarity and philanthropy play in our daily lives.
