The Hong Kong Flower Show – Jockey Club Mosaiculture Display
The Hong Kong Flower Show, organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, is an annual highlight of the city. Our school’s Visual Arts Department participated in the Jockey Club Mosaiculture Display at Victoria Park in March, with 20 students contributing to this spectacular horticultural installation.
Under the guidance of green volunteers, the students collaborated to create “A Fragrant Journey through Hong Kong” — a stunning display aligned with the show’s official theme and featuring the elegant Stock as the theme flower.
The students greatly enjoyed this hands-on experience, transforming the venue into a vibrant floral world while immersing themselves in the beauty of brightly coloured flowers and plants from various species.
This special enriching outdoor activity with valuable insights into horticulture, teamwork and appreciation for Hong Kong’s unique blend of tradition and urban life.
