School Opening Ceremony 2025 – 2026
As the summer vacation draws to a close, the new school year has arrived. On September 1, 2025, we gathered once again for the school’s opening ceremony. This year, we warmly welcomed our new principal, Ms.Szeto, to our school community.
Ms. Szeto, an alumna of a TWGHs school, began by sharing some photographs from her own secondary school years. Through these nostalgic moments and memories, she emphasized the significance of respecting, loving,and supporting our teachers, as well as the importance of taking pride in and being grateful for our TWGHs heritage.
Furthermore, she introduced this year’s school theme, “Walk and Shine • Together We Thrive”. This theme not only highlights the strong bonds between our peers and teachers but also motivates us to strive for excellence with unwavering determination.
Concluding her address, Ms. Szeto revisited the school motto, ‘Diligence’, ‘Frugality’ , ‘Loyalty’, and ‘Faithfulness’ ,urging us to uphold these values and attitudes with respect and obedience, while extending her best wishes for a fruitful and vibrant school year ahead.
