Leadership Training Camp
From 16 to 18 April, 50 student leaders participated in the WFN Leadership Training Camp held at Po Leung Kuk Jockey Club Pak Tam Chung Holiday Camp.
Over the three days and two nights, participants engaged in a variety of challenging activities, including checkpoint games, raft building and the high wall challenge. Through moments of both difficulty and triumph, the students forged strong interpersonal bonds, enhanced their communication skills and demonstrated emerging leadership qualities.
The camp offered authentic opportunities for collaboration, problem-solving and personal growth. By the end of the programme, all participants returned with greater confidence, improved resilience and a deeper appreciation for teamwork. This valuable experience has well-equipped them for future leadership roles within our school community.
