Closing Ceremony of ‘Our Future, Our Teenagers – Belt and Road Exchange Project’
Academy of the Belt and Road was held on 20 April 2018 at TWGHs Wong Fut Nam College. TWGHs Board Members and representatives of the International Academy of the Belt and Road were invited to attend the event. The one-year ‘Our Future, Our Teenagers — Belt and Road Exchange Project’ was launched last September.
Activities including student seminars, teacher seminars, study groups and study tour to Singapore and Malaysia were organised to enhance students’ understanding of the ‘Belt and Road’ initiative and to widen their horizon. At the Closing Ceremony, 18 study groups from TWGHs secondary schools were presented certificates and book coupons in recognition of their efforts in completing
their projects. The 6 best-performing groups were invited to give a brief presentation of their study to the attending guests, teachers and students.
