Our school’s Athletic Team took part in the final of the Division One Inter-school Athletics Competition, which was the fiercest competition among the best young local athletes, on 3rd March 2023 at Wan Chai Sports Ground. Our team achieved satisfactory results. F.2 student Yan Jason Tsz Shing won gold in the C-grade boys’ shot put final. F.2 students Cheung Marcus and Leung Po Hong Cedric got the 1st runner-up in the C-Grade boys’ long jump final and 3rd runner-up in the C-Grade boys’ 100m Hurdles, respectively. Moreover, F.3 student Lau Chi Hong got the 3rd runner-up in the B-Grade boys’ 400m final. For girls, F.3 student Lui Pak Yi got the 2nd runner-up in the B-Grade girls’ shot put and 3rd runner-up in the B-Grade girls’ Discus. Also, our team won a bronze medal in the B-Grade girls’ 4 x 400m relay and an iron medal in the C-Grade boys’ 4 x 100m relay. Finally, our school achieved 2nd runner-up in Boys’ C-Grade overall. Impressively, our school is the only subsidized school in Hong Kong with both the boys’ and girls’ teams making it to Division One.
